Consent, safety and visibility are set with the cohort before anything begins.

People notice. What they notice becomes a Capture: text, photo, audio, video, question, link, group work, or material.

Facilitators orient the cohort in the 4×5 Matrix. A coordinate is a place to stand, not a conclusion.

The coordinate is opened into practice inside the session.

Signals that have been held and read become Capsules.

A governed reading of patterns across the cohort (n≥5). Returned to the cohort and partner.
